CANCELLATION & PET RULES
No more than two pets per unit and no more than 20 pounds per pet – $25 each pet per stay
First and Last night rent due when you make your reservation, balance due at check in, including sales tax on deposit. No Exceptions.
$50 administration fee will be deducted should you cancel 30 days prior to your arrival.
Should you cancel within the 30 days of your arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
